The Loire Rectangle Planter is a classic Europe container that is ideal for boxwood topiaries or colorful flowers. The unique finish is a Zinc Coating that gives this steel planter an old-world look with a modern edge. Going beyond, the design of the Loire Planter has a graceful form with a gently arched top blending into a tapered base that is slightly raised.

• Small Measurements: 31.5 inches long x 15.75 inches deep x 19.75 inches tall – Weighs 66 pounds

Loire Planter Planter Details

• Zinc Coating Process: The zinc coating process begins by taking the cleaned steel planter and dipping it into a bath of zinc coating. This process is known as hot-dip galvanizing. The purpose of the coating is to prevent steel or iron from rusting in addition to the design detail.
• Drainage is provided by gaps in the 4 corners between the zinc plate and the bottom of the planter
• *It is important to note: that when planting these containers, it is necessary to use interior pot liners or grow bags.
• Hand-crafted in Europe, planters are fire galvanized by dipping them into a hot zinc bath to protect the steel from rust.
